How do I register?
Fill in your details on the registration page on a purchase on line website, agree to the terms and conditions and submit your registration.
What happens after I have registered?
Within a few minutes (network dependent), you will receive a message on the mobile phone that was registered seeking permission to track this phone.
The above does not apply if you have a telematic device (that can be tracked remotely). In that case you need to provide an IMEI number. Please see IMEI Information topic below for more information.
How do I give permission to track?
To start tracking, you must send a message with the word ‘ACCEPT’ to the number 88600
Why do I need to register more than one phone?
In order to register more than one phone, you need to first register the master phone and then once you have logged on you can add more and sort them into groups as you wish.
Alternatively you can register two phones as different accounts by going through the registration process twice - but you will then have to ask permission to the other phone to view both at the same time.
Why do I need to register?
We are obliged under the data protection act and by the mobile phone networks to keep a record of all our customers.
Why can I not put down any name?
In order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations we may verify customers identities at random. If a customer’s details cannot be verified and the customer cannot be contacted we will remove the phone from the location service.
Why is it necessary to give an e-mail address?
Occassionally we may need to change customer terms and conditions and may need to let them know of these changes.
The information is also kept so that we can bill,where requested, the customer for subsequent years location services.
We may wish to inform customers on new and improved services created by ourselves.
What happens if I do not agree to the terms and conditions?
Unfortunately you will not be able to finalise the registration procedure and thus will not be able to use the phone location service. The terms and conditions clarfies the agreement between ourselves and you as the customer.
