PODSystem Ltd is a private company founded in 1999.

Focused on the telemetry market from day 1, we started by designing, developing and building a proof of delivery box to be used by engineers and delivery drivers. This physical box included a modem, barcode reader, sensors and other electronics to record each time a package was delivered or taken from the box and by whom.

After development costs of close to £0.5 million, we decided to specialise on the software that we had written to handle telemetry devices rather than the hardware. As a result the Intellectual Property Rights to the proof of delivery box were sold in 2002.

Since this date, as can be seen from the range of solutions and products that we sell, we have taken on best of breed hardware from other suppliers and have focused on providing the most comprehensive software and technical solutions in the market today. As well as our own staff we also use the experience and knowledge of our partners (with whom we work very closely) and bring in specialist consultants and programmers as required. This approach means that we can keep our costs competitive and ensures that the company is profitable and allows us to take a long term view.

With over 5 years of experience in the telemetry market, PODSystem has established itself as the leading provider of hosted tracking and security solutions and products.

Our products include; locating solutions for business staff using their existing mobile phones, tracking devices to monitor and recover assets and software for managing and recovering computers. PODsystem can also provide comprehensive voice, data and SMS sim solutions.

Podsystem has developed and patented its own technology in telemetry, as well as has acquiring exclusive licences to distribute the leading tracking and asset management security solutions in the UK. Podsystem can provide a comprehensive bespoke or mass roll-out, security and asset management solution.

All our products are backed up by a 24 hr control centre which, as required, liaises with the police as well as our own recovery team. To ensure that we give our customers the best service available, we sell through partners.
