Account & Marketing Managers Required

Podsystem Ltd (www.podsystem.com) is a supplier of mobile SIM cards for data usage with a customer base across Europe and a smaller base in the US.

We are looking for energetic individuals to open up new geographical markets for our existing products as well as take an account management role for existing and future customers.

As the existing team live and work in Seville, we are looking for native speakers of other countries apart from the UK or Spain who also speak English who live, and will continue to live, in Seville for the foreseeable future.  

Specifically we are looking for speakers of the following countries to service their own markets.  It may be necessary to work times to suit the target market:

- United States (working US hours) / Canada

- China

 - Germany / Austria

 - France

- Russia

Successful candidates will:

• be keen to pick up the phone to talk to potential or existing customers (no meetings or travelling required)

• know how to effectively use internet networking and marketing
• speak English and speak natively in another language (not Spanish)
• have existing transferable business experience

On a day to day basis, the role will include the following responsibilities:

New Customer Management

• Respond to any web enquiries about our M2M SIM products (we are number 1 or 2 on Google for most of our key words, so receive new enquiries every week).  This will include answering any questions they may have, preparing quotes, etc.
• Make follow up calls with all our previous leads that haven’t been followed up.

Existing Customer Management

• Contact existing customers every couple of months to find out if there is anything else they require.
• Deal with any customer requests to activate/deactivate SIMs etc. via our on-line billing system or pass this onto our administrators to complete.  Go back to the customer to report completion, find out if there is anything else they need.
• Review the monthly bills to recommend to customers to change packages.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing enquiries.
• Work with suppliers and customers to make sure that any problems are addressed.

New Product Launch

• We are launching a new product for business people travelling across any country in Europe for email and internet at a fixed rate for each month it is used.  As this is a new and different market, the successful candidate will be expected to use the internet to gain maximum exposure of this product within the chosen geographical and target market and work with the company PR representative to achieve this.

Marketing & PR

• Identify and market our products to resellers that could distribute our products to their customers.
• Identify the right PR opportunities (both on and off line), translate PR releases and get them placed.
• Translate our website into the appropriate language.

The existing team (of 3) currently handles the above responsibilities with the support of the existing administration, bookkeeping and credit-control team (additional staff who are based in the UK). Successful candidates will join the existing team to expand the number of customers.

Our office in Sevilla, is on Calle Imagen.

The salary will be 1,000 euros as an independent contractor. An additional bonus which equates to an agreed percentage of gross profit is also paid monthly.  There is no cap or limit on the bonus which is calculated as a percentage of total gross profit above an agreed level.
