Podsystem is an expert in multi-network data SIMs at prices comparable to or often lower than single network SIMs. As an MVNO, we are network independent and can therefore offer coverage across a wide range of networks globally. Moreover, our 11 years of experience building relationships with network operators and our superior buying power means that we can offer tariffs that are much lower than any you would be able to achieve by going directly to the operator.
The advantage of our data SIMs is that they are truly multi-network. This means that in Europe, for example, we offer SIMs that roam on every network in every European country. If a network goes down or becomes unavailable, the SIM will automatically connect to the next available network, avoiding coverage "black spots" and allowing our customers to offer a seamless service. This is especially important for many M2M solutions in which the SIM card is sealed into the device and the device is often roaming or out in the field in a rural location.
The use of multi-network SIMs also avoids the high costs associated with roaming across different countries and networks, since the cost of roaming on all networks in that area is included within the monthly line rental. Many of our customers are surprised to discover that, contrary to their previous experience of multi-network SIM cards, Podsystem's MultiNet SIM cards are actually often cheaper than single network cards.
We also offer single network SIM cards for applications that are static in a specific country. In addition, Podsystem offers a range of high capacity SIM cards which can scale up to hundreds of gigabytes if necessary. These have been specifically designed with the growing video and security market in mind.
