Once installed (via web, LAN, e-mail etc), Stealth Signal’s XTool monitoring software sends a signal on a daily basis which incorporates the IP address of the computer, the telephone number and software and hardware changes that have been made.

With the appropriate security credentials managers can view the location of their computers, view hardware and software on each machine and search for particular characteristics from a range of computers. Likewise managers can set up drives for storing sensitive information and remote automated back-ups.

In the event of a theft, we will use the information sent to us by the computer to establish the thief and the computer’s location and then work with the police to make a successful recovery.
