How do I register?
Fill in your details on the registration page on a purchase
on line website, agree to the terms and conditions and submit
your registration.

What happens after I
have registered?
Within a few minutes (network dependent), you will receive
a message on the mobile phone that was registered seeking
permission to track this phone.

How do I give permission
to track?
To start tracking, you must send a message with the word ‘ACCEPT’
to the number 88600

Why do I need to register
more than one phone?
In order to register more than one phone, you need to
first register the master phone and then once you have logged
on you can add more and sort them into groups as you wish.
Alternatively you can register two phones as different accounts
by going through the registration process twice - but you
will then have to ask permission to the other phone to view
both at the same time.

Why do I need to register?
We are obliged under the data protection act and by the mobile
phone networks to keep a record of all our customers.

Why can I not put down
any name?
In order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations
we may verify customers identities at random. If a customer’s
details cannot be verified and the customer cannot be contacted
we will remove the phone from the location service.

Why is it necessary to
give an e-mail address?
Occassionally we may need to change customer terms and conditions
and may need to let them know of these changes.
The information is also kept so that we can bill,where requested,
the customer for subsequent years location services.
We may wish to inform customers on new and improved services
created by ourselves. |

What happens if I do
not agree to the terms and conditions?
Unfortunately you will not be able to finalise the registration
procedure and thus will not be able to use the phone location
service. The terms and conditions clarfies the agreement between
ourselves and you as the customer.

How much does
registration cost?
This will depend upon the package purchased and the number
of locations bought.

Unless stated differently, the cost is half a location.

Why can’t
you give me my user name and password over the phone?
For your own security. The only way to verify and ensure unauthorised
people cannot locate the phone is to send the user name and
password to the mobile or to email it to the original subscriber.

How do I view
somebody else’s phone which I registered?
When you add a phone to your group, a messae will be sent
to the phone asking permission for you to track their phone.
Until they confirm authorisation - you cannot view their location.

I’ve
forgotten my password - what do I do?
Log onto the website and press the ‘Lost Password’
button. After entering your mobile number a new password will
be sent to your phone. Location notification messages may
be sent to the phone after a password has been sent.

I’ve
entered my username and password and it won’t let me
in, why not?
The user name is always the mobile number without the 0 and
with 44 in front. Be sure that you are not entering the user
name with a 0 at the front.
Login will fail unless the password is correctly inputted.

I want to change
my password, how do I do this?
Once you have logged in using your old password, you can change
your password to a password of your choice by clicking on
the ‘change password’ icon on the locate screen.
